Q:What is a Personal Concierge?
A:A Gift of Time, is a service created to help eliminate the stress in your busy life by handling all of your day-to-day errands and tasks. Our goal is to make you life easier by helping to improve the quality of your life. We offer services to the businessperson and the individual! You can have your own personal assistant!
Q:Is your company insured?
A:We are fully bonded, licensed and insured.
Q:Are your rates competitive?
A:Yes they are. We offer a la carte service as well as
Time-Saver Packages. Our a la carte rate is $30.00 per hour. We have a one hour minimum and then bill in one-quarter hour increments. We include 20 free miles with our rates and then you will be charged mileage according to the current IRS rate.
Q:How do I order services?
A:You may order services by phone at 406-839-4881. General information and requests may also be made by completing the form on the contact us page or by emailing us at
agiftoftime@billingsconcierge.com.
Q:How much notice do you need?
A:In order to fulfill your request, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. We do understand that emergencies and unexpected things arise and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
Q:What methods of payment do you accept?
A:We accept cash and local checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is due upon completion of your request. Time-Saver packages are however, charged in advance. Some services require a deposit in advance. This will be discussed at the time of booking.
Q:What about any additional expenses incurred?
A:The client is responsible for all additional expenses over-and-above the hourly rate including but not limited to third party charges.
Q:Will my personal information ever be given out?
A:Absolutely not! A Gift of Time, LLC respects the confidentiality of all of our clients. All client information will be held in strict confidence.
Q:Do you offer any incentives?
A:Yes. Let's discuss a package rate. We are happy to work with you to offer a package of services at a price that is affordable to you! We are also greatly appreciative of referrals and your kindness will be recongnized!!!
